In recent years, technological reforms, which are one of the main instruments for sustainable development in Turkmenistan, have received a strong impetus, and the digital system and information technologies have been firmly integrated into all areas, including the work of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.
In the epoch of power and happiness, the customs service of our country uses advanced technologies and the latest inspection equipment, which reduces the time of customs control and increases its reliability.
The service has a high-speed integrated communication network, video surveillance and a vehicle GPS navigation system, which allows remote monitoring.Electronic services, information portals of the service and the implemented digital systems such as the integrated customs information system "ASYCUDA World", which automated the customs clearance procedure, the collection and analysis of information, or the software named "Digital customs procedure", which coordinates the work of services participating in the clearance of goods and vehicles at the checkpoints across the state border of the country operate at full force and are constantly improved.
Nowadays, the customs service is taking targeted measures to establish a preliminary electronic exchange of information with customs authorities of other countries and to implement the Project Document "Single Window for Export-Import Operations" which simplifies the clearance procedures for participants of foreign economic activity via digital systems.
