Bakhar Ovezova, deputy khyakim of he etrap named after Turkmenbashi in Dashoguz velayat was reprimanded by the head of the district and two kindergarten principals were dismissed following the inspections in pre-school educational establishments.
In the course of the inspections it transpired that 14 unregistered children whose parents do not pay monthly tuition fees attend kindergartens №4 and №6.
Ovezova forced the executives of the aforementioned pre-school educational establishments to admit children because they are children of her acquaintances.
The principal and the housekeeping manager of kindergarten №4 were forced to cover the expenses out of their own pockets, after which they were dismissed.
Parents of other children are obliged to pay a monthly kindergarten fee of 80 manats per child.
Moreover, on a regular basis they are obliged to make money contributions for renovation, curtains, toys and other operating expenses.
