Entry to Russia using a special application will temporarily not apply to citizens of Turkmenistan

The Russian government has decided not to apply until January 15, 2022 to the citizens of Turkmenistan the requirement for the mandatory use of the mobile application "Traveling without COVID-19" when entering Russia. This is reported by the official website of the Russian embassy.

Thus, the previous rules on the need to provide a standardized certificate of the absence of coronavirus infection, received within 72 hours before entering the territory of Russia, remain in force.

Recall that the application "Traveling without COVID-19" is mandatory for entering Russia from the EAEU countries, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. It allows you to conveniently monitor the results of PCR tests for coronavirus infection both by passengers themselves and by the competent authorities for permission to fly.
