Export Trades at Turkmen Exchange For June 20-25: $24.4 Million

The total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan over the past week exceeded $24.4 million.

For foreign currency, the businesses from the United Kingdom, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased aviation kerosene produced by the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, while the Emirati company bought table salt of Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern, the official Turkmen media reported on Monday.

During the last week’s trades, the businesses of the UAE, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan procured Turkmen cotton yarn

For the Turkmen currency, the companies from the UAE, India, Pakistan and Kazakhstan purchased medical products and cotton yarn. The total amount of transactions exceeded 40.52 million manats.

For the domestic market, the local businesses bought construction material for a total of nearly 8.6 million manats.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered a total of 25 transactions last week.
