The participants of the conference particularly emphasized the significance of the 2026 motto — “Independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan —homeland of purposeful heavenly horses,” noting that it reflects the main principles of the country’s state policy based on neutrality, peace, and national unity.

It was highlighted that the motto symbolizes not only the independence and international prestige of Turkmenistan, but also the people’s aspiration for new achievements, development, and prosperity.Representatives of Magtymguly Turkmen State University delivered informative presentations devoted to the Turkmen language, culture, and national traditions.

During the conference, special attention was paid to the country’s achievements in the political, economic, cultural, and social spheres, as well as to the rich historical and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people.
