Today the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Ashgabat on a state visit. This was announced on Facebook by the press secretary of the head of Kazakhstan Berik Uali, Tengrinews.kz reports.
Deputy Prime Minister Serdar Berdimuhamedov met the distinguished guest at the International Airport of the Turkmen capital.
The program of the visit includes talks between the delegations of the two countries in a narrow and wide format. The parties will consider the state and prospects for the development of the Kazakh-Turkmen strategic partnership, as well as issues of the regional and international agenda.
