On April 1, 2021, in the Head office of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, the meeting was held between the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and Head of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
It was held within the framework of the visit of the government delegation of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation.During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of bilateral customs cooperation, including the preliminary exchange of data on goods transported by sea between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, cooperation in the field of combating customs offenses, training and advanced training of personnel and others.
In order to strengthen further interaction, the parties agreed to develop a Plan of bilateral cooperation.
