Monday Trades in Turkmen Commodity Exchange: Petroleum and Textile Products

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Monday trades registered deals for the procurement of A-92 gasoline, dyed terry products and yarn.

Businesses from Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates purchased a total of 5.5 thousand tons of A-92 gasoline for over $4.22 million. The ton of the fuel sold during the trades amounted to $768.25, according to the SCRMET.

The Kyrgyz businesses bought 44.2 thousand kilograms of dyed terry cloth in different colors for the total sum of $296 thousand. The price of one kilogram of goods sold at the SCRMET auction amounted to $5.5.

In addition, a company from Ireland bought 25.2 thousand kilograms of yarn for $52,920. The Turkish company purchased 16.8 thousand kilograms of this product for the Turkmen manats (504 thousand manats).

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to more than $2.88 million.
