I am convinced that the musical and song celebrations, competitions and exhibitions dedicated to this wonderful spring holiday will inspire our mothers, beloved women and girls, increase their pride in a happy era, love for an independent Motherland!
For Turkmens, a woman is the backbone of the family, an example of moral beauty and a decoration of the hearth. Our women and girls, who embody such noble qualities as wisdom, good manners, tact, modesty, selflessness, patriotism, and protecting family values, are the pride of the Turkmen people throughout its glorious history and especially in the new era.
Our women are devoted to the Motherland, the people and the family hearth, they are conscientious, hardworking and noble.At all times they were deeply revered and respected, which is reflected in the destans, which are the melody of the soul of Turkmens, wise proverbs and sayings, lullabies, monjukatdy, wonderful holiday songs, national decorations.
Following the primordial national traditions, we treat with great respect our beautiful women and girls, dear mothers, who set a great example to follow.
Today, our women and girls are making a worthy contribution to the enhancement of our material and spiritual values, the cultural heritage as a whole, which gives rise to feelings of love for the Fatherland, pride in the glorious past and confidence in the future, as well as in the continuation of high humanistic principles calling for friendship and brotherhood.
They actively work in various spheres of the economy, state and public life, thereby greatly contributing to the further prosperity of our Motherland - independent neutral Turkmenistan.
Given the special merits in the implementation of grandiose reforms, national programs, success in work and public life, a noble contribution to the upbringing of a healthy and inspired generation devoted to the sovereign Motherland, we award the Zenan kalby order to our women who are labor veterans, industry leaders, activists public organizations, cultural figures, entrepreneurs and scientists.
And on the occasion of International Women's Day, mothers of large families are awarded the honorary title "Ene mähri".All these events, which mark the year passing under the motto “The era of the people with Arkadag”, inspire all the people, especially our dear mothers, women and girls, further strengthen our unity and solidarity, increase the feeling of pride for the independent Fatherland.

We are infinitely proud of the merits of our dear mothers and women in educating young people on the basis of national and universal values, preserving, popularizing and conveying our unique cultural heritage to future generations.
In the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state that we have proclaimed, the rights and support of women and girls are ensured in our country, conditions are created so that they can receive education, a profession, work, do science, live in prosperity and prosperity, and educate a literate generation.
Turkmenistan is taking program measures to actively promote a gender policy that ensures the equal participation of women in the socio-political, socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian life, guaranteeing their legitimate rights and interests, as well as supporting the family and motherhood.
