On January 21, 2021, the Ninth regular Turkmen-German Forum on health protection, organized within the framework of the Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and the Federal Ministry of Health Protection of the Federal Republic of Germany, started its work in the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan in the videoconference format, informs the web-site of the MFA of Turkmenistan.
The Forum is attended from Turkmen side by the Minister of Health Protection and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan H.Amannepesov as well as by the heads and specialists of the scientific-clinical centers and the Directorate of international medical centers of the country, from German side by well-known scientific workers and professors of the leading clinics of the FRG.
During the opening of the Forum the gratitude was expressed to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for high confidence to the German partners, actively participating in the implementation of reformations of the health protection system of Turkmenistan.
The participants listened to the presentations of the specialists on the different directions and problems which the medical workers face in the present hard times.The speakers raised the tasks and specific effective decisions.
Professors from the FRG exchanged their experience and talked about the new methods of treatment of some diseases.In addition to this the issues of the digital medicine and the use of the high tech, advanced experience and possibilities of interaction in certain fields of the health protection.
In the given context, significance of the Strategy of development of the digital system of the health protection for the years of 2019-2025 was underlined.The Forum once again confirmed the importance of activation of contacts between scientific and medical circles of the two countries.
The Forum will continue its work on the 22nd of January, 2021.
