Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the new projects of the city development, visiting the capital's mayor's office in preparation for the celebration of the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat.
According to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, the presentations showed the types of facilities that will be built in accordance with the instructions of the nation's leader within the framework of the city-planning program “Ashgabat City” in the northern part of the Turkmen capital.
Among the projects presented by Deputy Prime Minister Sh. Durdylyev, the complex of modern cottages occupies the 17th stage of the capital's construction on the shores of the Golden Lake.
Another magnificent building project was also presented to the head of Turkmenistan. After getting familiarized with it, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the new facility should reflect the high achievements made during the years of independence by our sovereign state, which our ancestors had dreamed of for centuries, and made a number of recommendations in this regard.
Then the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Mammadov reported to the Head of State on the projects of the buildings of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M.
Kulieva, a special music school, a school of culture and art, a conference and concert hall, dormitories for students, indoor sports complex and outdoor playground.The Deputy Prime Minister also reported on the monument erected on the slopes of Kopetdag to the great thinker of the East Mahtumkuli Fragi and the improvement of the territory adjacent to it.
After reviewing the projects, the President of Turkmenistan noted the need to create buildings in the field of culture and art, the necessary conditions for creative work, deep integration of young people into the world of art, equipping these facilities with modern equipment, digital information and digital technology.
During the presentation, the leader of the nation was also briefed on the stages of implementation of projects and construction of the park “Tashkent”, the International Health and Rehabilitation Center and the International
Scientific and Clinical Center of Physiology, the new building of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, objects of social purpose, planned to be built within the 18th stage of the construction of the capital in the residential complex of Koshi.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of using quality building materials in ecologically clean buildings, organic combination of principles of national architecture and advanced modern experience. In particular, an important requirement is to carry out high-quality work on the construction of facilities, which are planned to be commissioned by the 30th anniversary of the country's independence.
“Given that our capital is currently recognized as the center of international business forums, special attention should be paid to the construction of facilities of this profile.In this regard, it is important to take into account modern requirements and high world standards when building a business complex in Ashgabat.
Therefore, it is necessary to keep under constant control the quality of the objects under construction, their design and commissioning within the stipulated time,” Berdimuhamedov said, giving specific instructions to the relevant leaders.
The optimal solution to the problems of improving the social infrastructure of Ashgabat lays the foundation for the further harmonious development of the capital.Thus, all conditions must be created for creative work, comfortable rest, sports activities of the urban population.
These aspects should be taken into account in the preparation of new construction projects, the head of state said, giving relevant instructions in this regard.
