Dubai hosted the premiere of Expo 2020 Dubai thematic pavilions to preview and familiarize visitors with the World Expo. The Terra Sustainable Development Pavilion will be the first to open to visitors on January 22 which will stay open until April. The pavilion, where 1055 photovoltaic panels have been installed, was built with zero energy and water consumption.
The Mobility Pavilion and the Opportunity Pavilion will open at the end of the first quarter of this year.

The World Expo 2020, which will be held for the first time in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region, will welcome visitors from October 1 to March 31, 2022.
