Overhaul of the rails is carried out by specialists of the "Turkmendemiryollary" agency in the area of the Bami-Bereket station, "Turkmenistan: the golden age" reports.
Soon the first 10 km of new rails will be laid here. The first batch of rails purchased from the Latvian company SIA "HB" is used for the repair work.
This year, it is planned to renovate a total of about 50 km of the highway on the sections of the Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi railway line.
The renovation of the section of the road from Ashgabat to Turkmenabat is planned in 2022.
