From July 1, the ban on catering at night has been lifted. The requirement to wear masks in public places and other restrictions are no longer in effect.

The report notes that the situation with coronavirus in the country remains under “strict control” of Rospotrebnadzor. “If the situation with COVID-19 worsens, restrictive measures may be resumed,” emphasizes the press release.

Russia has one of the highest rates of coronavirus infection in the world. According to the source, since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 18 million cases of COVID-19 have been detected, the total number of deaths has exceeded 380 thousand people.

In recent weeks, the incidence of coronavirus in the country has been gradually decreasing, on average, about 2,5-3 thousand cases are recorded per day.
