Serdar Berdimuhamedov will visit Tehran

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the near future will pay a two-day visit to Tehran at the official invitation of his Iranian counterpart Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, reports ISNA.

The high-level Turkmen delegation will hold a series of bilateral negotiations. An official reception with the participation of the two leaders will be held in the Saadabad complex. As a result of the negotiations, it is planned to sign a number of documents on cooperation and a memorandum of understanding.

This will be the first visit of Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Tehran since taking office as President of Turkmenistan.

Let us note that on June 10, the head of Turkmenistan paid an official visit to the Russian Federation and signed a Declaration on depending the strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.
