Shoe Enterprise in Turkmenistan’s Lebap Starts Leather Production

Entrepreneur Arslan Movlyamov’s enterprise for the production of Ýelken branded shoes in Turkmenistan’s eastern velayat of Lebap produced its first test batch of leather.

The enterprise presently produces more than 220 varieties of footwear for men, women and children, the country’s local paper Rysgal reported on Tuesday.

This year, it has produced over 2,500 pairs of men's shoes, 330 pairs of winter boots and 100 pairs of low boots.

Most of the business's orders come from its stores. The business also produces prouces a larger size footwear upon orders. It employs 13 specialists.

Entrepreneur Arslan Movlyamov's enterprise was launched in April 2020. The enterprise also aims to launch the production of leather headwear for men.
