A bike ride was held in St.Petersburg yesterday in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.This was reported by the TV channel "Saint Petersburg".
The organizers of the event were the Committee for External Relations of St.Petersburg and the society of urban Turkmen culture "Mekan".It was attended by athletes from St.
Petersburg, students of educational institutions of St.Petersburg from among the citizens of Turkmenistan, a representative of the community, as well as employees of the Foreign Relations Committee.
The cyclists met in Murinsky Park and rode a 3-kilometer route.After a friendly arrival of the two peoples, city cycling competitions were held in Murinsky Park.
