As of 16 May, 2021 the dollar exchange rate “at the black market” was bought at 36, 3 manats and sold at 36,5 manats.
From 7 March to 8 April the dollar exchange rate soared from 31 to 40 manats. From that time until 12-13 May the exchange rate remained quite stable at 39 manats with occasional slight fluctuations.
