On January 27, 2022 at 10.00 in the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan will be held an auction for the sale of state property.
This is reported by the "Turkmen Portal" referring to the today's release of the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan", 24 objects of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the State Concern "Turkmengas", the Committee for Water Resources of Turkmenistan, the agency "Turkmenavtoulaglary", the State Association "Turkmenhaly", State Concern" Turkmenhimiya ", hyakimliks of Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats.
Citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign countries, non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and other countries, who have submitted an application and registered in accordance with the established form, after paying a deposit and a special fee, can take part in the auction.
Foreign legal entities and international organizations, as well as their permanent missions and branches in Turkmenistan, can acquire state property objects for private ownership only if there is an opinion of the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks under the Ministry.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan accepts applications for participation in the auction from the moment of publication of the relevant announcement and no later than 24 hours before the start of the auction. Registration of participants will open on the day of the auction from 9:00.
