The President of Afghanistan appoints Ambassador to Turkmenistan

Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, has send a letter to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in which he informed about the appointment of Khan Vali Khan Basharmala as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to Turkmenistan.
