President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the meeting with heads of the construction-industrial sector of Turkmen economy on Thursday, February 5, considered results of activity of its branches for 2020 and put priorities before their heads.
First of all, these tasks are connected with introduction of new technologies and digitization of manufacture and control systems, the effective organisation of work and attraction of investments.
The head of the state gave assignments to increase the output of import-replacing industrial goods and building materials, to expand export deliveries of domestic production in this segment.
The separate assignment was given on modernisation of activity of municipal services and introduction of electronic payments for housing and communal services.
The president charged to prepare proposals under the investment project of the 17th turn of building of Ashkhabad, to make active preparation of general layouts on land funds for a personal subsidiary plot and habitation building, to take measures for completion of long-term constructions.
The instructions allowed to achieve a conclusion of the enterprises of the industry and building manufacture to full designed capacity, to develop release of electronic production, to provide reliability of power supply at the expense of reconstruction of its objects and timely updating of generating system.
The minister of energy was also assigned to take the order all measures for improvement of situation with maintenance of electric power branch with highly-skilled personnel.
Chairman of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa” N.Niyazlyev was pointed out to necessity of involvement for full volume of the enterprises of the chemical industry, carrying out of timely reconstruction according to order of technical term and modernisation of industrial lines.
President Berdimuhamedov charged to prepare also the plan of measures to achieve a designed capacity of a complex on release of potash fertilizers in Koytendag district of Lebap region and to intensify organizational works.
According to the Government program on increase in volumes of export of production made in Turkmenistan, it is necessary to provide acceptance of the designated measures on building of factories on release of technical iodine and bromine in the cities of Khazar and Gumdag, and also iodine in districts of Esenguly and Bereket of Balkan region, the head of Turkmenistan underlined.
The head of the State Concern was assigned by the president to achieve purchase at the favourable price of the import goods, raw materials, spare parts and expendable materials of industrial appointment and to adjust direct interaction with the manufacturer at their purchase.
Taking into account rich deposits of salt he was assigned to continue works on the further modernisation of manufacture of the table and technical salt, production improvement of quality, and also on expansion of export routes. Among key tasks preparation of highly-skilled personnel for domestic chemical branch was named.
The head of the state specified in necessity of activization of cooperation with the international universities and other authoritative educational institutions by means of use of modern digital communication systems and on wider application of innovations and the workings out created by Turkmen experts.
It is necessary to give special attention to wider application of possibilities of renewed energy sources.
In connection with insufficient use of capacities in electric power sector, the president of the country told about necessity of functioning of the enterprises of branch at full designed capacity. Major repairs of gas turbine equipment in the country’s power stations become one of the steps in this direction.
Within the framework of the meeting the issue of development of recreational zones in the capital was also considered. Berdimuhamedov noted necessity of use of the latest innovative developments at erection of the presented projects in the sphere of building and importance that constructed objects should organically blend with the capital landscape.
