The Turkmenportal was informed about this by the press service of the department.
Note that using the service, you can sign up for the registration of the right to real estate, request an extract from the state register and a certificate.

The system invites visitors to choose a convenient time for visiting. To use the service, you must select the desired service, the desired branch of the department, specify the date and time, personal and passport data.
A unique code is sent to the user's phone after entering, which he receives an electronic ticket.
You must arrive at the place 10 minutes before the selected time, according to the instructions.
Simultaneously with the introduction of a new online service on the Service website, there are sections “Home”, “Registration of rights”, “Frequently asked questions”, as well as “Addresses” where you can find the necessary information about the activities of the department, as well as news and other useful instructions.
