Turkish Airlines announced the conditions for the return of air tickets to passengers from Turkmenistan. The carrier's representative told about this to Atavatan Türkmenistan.
According to the information, in connection with the expiration of the previously purchased air tickets, passengers must issue a refund of the air ticket as soon as possible and no later than December 30, 2021.
Passengers who have booked tickets for canceled flights will be able to receive their money at the Turkish Airlines office in Ashgabat, at the “Berkarar” shopping and entertainment center, st. Ataturk 82, room А7-А8 (1st floor).
The airline will continue to operate charter flights. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Turkish Airlines has organized more than 20 export flights from Turkmenistan on the routes Turkmenbashi-Istanbul and Turkmenabat-Istanbul, the source notes.
In the near future, the airline plans to operate 4 special flights. One of them is scheduled for October 24, 2021. The previous export flight of Turkish Airlines from Turkmenistan to Turkey took place on October 3, 2021.
