Turkish Airlines will resume direct flights on the Istanbul-Ashgabat-Istanbul route from September 1 this year.
Passengers can purchase tickets online for the flights, which will be operated every day of the week, according to the company's official website.
Turkmenistan Airlines resumed regular flights on the Ashgabat-Dubai route from May 30.
In July of this year, Turkmenistan and Georgia signed an agreement on establishing direct flights between the two countries and increasing cargo turnover.
