Turkmen Company Geljege Miras Launches Lubricants Production

Turkmenistan-based company Geljege Miras started producing motor oils for cars and trucks in September this year, the country’s Rysgal newspaper reported on Monday.

The company’s plant, located in Ak Bugday distict of Ahal province, produces different types of lubricants (motor and hydraulic oils) in 1, 5, 20 and 200 liter containers under its GM OIL brand.

In addition, the company has been producing under its GM PLAST brand plastic bags and different plastic products used in everyday life. The company uses local raw materials in its production.

The annual capacity of the plastic products plant is 2 thousand tons. The enterprise employs about 300 specialists.

The company’s GM PLAST products are exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Belarus and Moldova. It is currently working on increasing its export volumes.
