Turkmen Confectionary Company Exports Its Products to Ukraine

Duýgy Individual Enterprise, the confectionary manufacturer in Ak Bugday etrap of Turkmenistan’s Ahal velayat, recently exported its products to Ukraine, the Ashgabat-based Rysgal newspaper reported on Monday.

The company produces over 100 confectionery items, including Gülaýym and Direg sweets, as well as biscuits, chocolate and toffee. The enterprise is installed with advanced equipment from Turkey, which automated the production process.

The company’s confectionery is also exported to Iraq. The company recently launched a new product - Gülaýym sweets with chocolate filling, Tawus with berry filling, and chocolate covered muffins.

Duýgy has been active in Turkmenistan since 2001. The company’s future plans include increase of its exports.
