According to the media outlet Turkmen News, spouses of Turkish nationals have got a call from Turkmenistan’s Migration Office with a proposal to purchase airplane tickets for $500. Passengers are required to have a valid international travel passport and a negative COVID-19 test certificate.
According to the news outlet, another flight operated by Turkish Airlines bound to Istanbul is scheduled to be organized. Those willing to secure an airplane ticket need to submit an application to the Embassy of Turkey in Turkmenistan. Diplomats will subsequently hand over the list of passengers to the airline representatives.
