Ashgabat, Ankara discuss interstate cooperation

Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, June 29

Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Yildirim Tugrul Turkes in Ashgabat, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry said in a message.

The two sides discussed the topical issues of interstate cooperation, and expressed their mutual interest in further development of the dialogue in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The parties noted the high level of political and diplomatic partnership, and exchanged views on the possibility of expanding mutually acceptable cooperation in this field, said the message.
