Turkmen delegation left for Frankfurt where the first day of joint business event “Turkmenistan Germany: the Potential of perspective cooperation” was held.The programme of another joint action with Germany included the series of official meetings f the representatives of government and business circles of both countries, visit of Turkmen delegation to production line of Neufeld Company, which specializes in food industry, SAP SE software producer, large chemical concern BASF and other.
Negotiations and consultations are dedicated to definition and coordination of new approaches to cooperation, most favourable directions of the development of trade and economic relations, business connections and scientific and technical partnership.
Accumulation of the investment into national economy, attraction of new capital to large projects depend upon on the awareness of companies, representatives of business circle, analysts and experts in the world business sphere.
Turkmen German business forum, exhibition of Turkmen production and presentation of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games will be held on July 11.Ten representatives of the government organizations and enterprises of Germany, leaders of German companies involved in such spheres as computer technologies, oil, gas and chemical industry, energy, construction and building materials, heavy engineering, agriculture and food industry, transport and logistics, communication, banking, insurance, health care and education are expected to participate in the forum.
Trade and Industrial Chamber of Turkmenistan, the Consulate of our country in Frankfurt as well as SAP SE and GLAAS companies are the organizers of the event.The agenda includes new proposals on planning of further trade and economic cooperation.
The sides will specify the expectations from the partnership and discuss business ideas for efficient use of mutual potential, first of all, taking into account the diversification of Turkmenistan, wide implementation of high technologies into production and industrial infrastructure.
In this context, Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhaedov highlights his confidence that we are on such stage at the moment where bold by the expansion, perspective joint project, which would be the main driving power of economic cooperation have opened new horizons of its development.
Comprehensive assessment of economic potential of our state will be given during the forum, the processes undergoing in different branches will be characterised, most remarkable indicators and prospects of their development will be presented, current situation of trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Germany will be analysed and measures for further increase of its volume taking into account the interests of both countries will be coordinated during the forum.
Special emphasis will be laid on innovative component of economic reforms, favourable investment climate in the country and beneficial conditions for the activity of foreign companies what presents large opportunities to foreign businessmen.
German companies make considerable contribution to realization of long-term projects in our country.There are long and efficient activity off such companies as Siemens, Daimler, CLAAS, Rohde and Schwarz, Dresser- Rand and number of others among them.
The development of modern multimodal transport infrastructure is among potential spheres, which can present the interest for German business circles.Today, the country forms up large network of large transport hubs and corridors, both automobile and railroad, and modernize air cargo traffic and maritime shipping.
In particular, Turkmenistan carries out the construction of new Turkmenbashy port at the Caspian coast, which is to be one of the main logistic centres in the continent.Cooperation in formation of interregional transport and transit corridors East West and South North with entry to Asian, European and Middle East markets is seen as strategic direction.

Medical equipment and pharmaceutics from Siemens, Hospital International, Fresenius Medical Care, Drager and B.Braun have very well recommended themselves in our country.Turkmenistan is also interested in the development of successful experience in German financial system, its finance and credit establishments, insurance companies, stock exchanges.
Deutshcebank and Commertzbank are old and reliable partners of our state, which is willing to review the proposals of other German financial institutions.Economic strategy of Turkmenistan stipulates staged increase of the share of private enterprises in the GDP volume.
That is why, the establishment of direct and close contacts between business communities of two states, attraction of the investments, implementation of efficient management methods and advanced management solutions are important directions of cooperation.
The sides also gained large experience of successful joint work in humanitarian and cultural spheres.The concerts of art masers of Germany in Turkmenistan and other cultural events organized by the Ministry of Culture of our country and the Embassy of Germany to Turkmenistan became traditional.
Cooperation of domestic and german scientists in protection of manuscripts heritage and archaeological findings are very productive.In this context, the agreement achieved last year on organization of the exhibition of the artefacts from Margiana, the Kingdom of the Bronze Age on the territory of Turkmenistan, which is planned to be held in Germany in 2018 is very topical.
German companies having huge experience in tourism sphere are able to provide great assistance in share of the best practices in hotel management sphere, active leisure infrastructure, planning of natural, archaeological, historical and cultural facilities based on use of advanced green technologies.
