After completion of the opening ceremony of the complex of buildings of one of frontier outposts in Balkan Velayat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov went to training ground where the first joint performance of special forces units of military and law enforcement agencies took place.
The Head of the State was greeted by the commanders of security forces and Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of National Security Ya.Berdiyev made a report.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and heads of military and law enforcement agencies had shootings from various modern types of firearms.Accurate hit of four targets by the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces was the bright evidence of his skilful handling of weapons.
On the request of one of the officers, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left an autograph on the targets and handed it over to the museum of the State Border Guard Service.
Addressing the heads of military and law enforcement leaders, the President highlighted that systematic training of personnel of security forces in different sports is one of the main requirements of successful fulfilment of military objectives and achievement of high results in military field.
The work in this direction has to be efficient, the Head of the State continued, having ordered to continue taking integrated measures for improvement of level of patriotic education of soldiers, propaganda of the principles of healthy life style.
It will support the improvement of physical fitness and moral spirit of the Motherland defenders, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.Soldiers of special forces demonstrated their skills in operation of modern vehicles and equipment, fire arms and martial art, various hand-to-hand combat techniques and use of service dogs in neutralization of criminals to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces on special training ground.
Military personnel of special forces units of law enforcement structures of the country, who had special training programme, has demonstrated their skills in current exercises.These units are designated for advanced tactics and advanced technical equipment operations.
High level of combat, theoretical and physical training are the main distinguishing feature of the personnel.Operative response during solution of military objectives, compactness and mobility are the main principles of activity of special forces groups.
Soldiers of special forces have high level of physical and special training and are considered to be exemplary divisions of different troops of the Armed Forces.Demonstration of the group of paratroopers has started.
Combat helicopters appeared in the sky, from which special forces soldier jumped out and unwrap the State flag on certain altitude.Having accurately landed, military personnel gave report to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country.
After, other special forces unit demonstrated the level of professional training showing the skills of handling cold weapons and martial arts as well as different hand-to-hand combat techniques at the training ground.
Soldiers skilfully practiced the actions on neutralization of subversive groups that captured the vehicle.Group of soldiers of one of the special forces units demonstrated the skills of handling modern fire arms including sniper rifles, having hit the targets from various distance.
Unmanned aerial vehicles have been efficiently used during the operation, which helped out to destroy the main fire position of the enemy.The exercises were continued by other special forces units.
The skills of military personnel to prevent the raids and attempt to make an explosion have been demonstrated during the exercise.Combat helicopters and special military vehicles have been in the operation on elimination of motor convoy of the opposing force as well as advanced protection devices, technical installation and modern firearms have been used.
Another special forces unit has been ordered to eliminate the group of terrorists who captured passenger train and to release the hostages.Due to coordinated activity of relevant services, military personnel fulfilled the objective in short time.
After, the soldiers of special forces units of military and law enforcement personnel demonstrated the skill run through the obstacle course including the parts with complicated landscape as well as the skills of handling of cold weapons and martial art techniques.
The programme of current training included the operation on detention of the criminal.Special trained dogs are used for this.According to physique of the dogs, they are divided accordingly for different operations.
Some are used for long pursuit in open area, while other for operation in enclosed space.The shepherd dogs were used in current exercises.The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov watched the offshore exercises held in Turkmen zone of Caspian Sea by video conference call.
Group of various ships of the Navy and the State Border Guard Service, airplanes and helicopters of the Air Forces and division of special forces of law enforcement structures of the country took part in the exercises.
Having fulfilled the objective set during the exercise, the soldiers demonstrated the reliability of marine borders, growing efficiency of service of seamen who improve their skills operating modern equipment and weapons.
After the exercises, the President of Turkmenistan expressed the gratitude to the soldiers for high combat training, having noted their skills.In their turn, personnel of special forces units expressed the gratitude to the Head of the State for permanent care of the objectives of modernization of National Army, creation of deserving social and living conditions for military personnel, having assured that they would continue serving the motherland selflessly and defending its borders and peaceful life of people.
