President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge for construction, energy, communal services and Ashgabat, hyakims of the velayats and the capital.
The agenda of the session included implementation of the strategy of social and economic development of the country, seasonal field works as well as preparation to the coming remarkable dates and V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
Hyakim of Ahal Velayat T.Atahalliyev was the first to report on the situation in the region, comprehensive measures for organized start-up of cotton harvest campaign and sowing of winter crops.
The information on preparation to new educational year and on solution of the objectives for implementation of National Rural programme was also highlighted.Besides, the course of construction works of Türkmeniň ak öýi building, where regular session of the Council of Elders of Turkmenistan is planned to be held this year, was also reported.
Having mentioned the necessity of permanent control of preparation to the above-mentioned important agricultural campaigns, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed number of tasks for improvement of the efficiency of the work of relative structures to the Hyakim.
Having stressed the attention that agrotechnical works are not carried out on proper level in Ak Bugday, Tejen and Kaahka etraps, the Head of the State requested to increase the rates of works.
The necessity of proper measures for successful solution of the tasks of National Rural programmes was highlighted.Speaking of the preparation to new school year and having noted that its beginning has to be memorable event for the children who will start the school for the first time, Turkmen leader gave specific assignments in this regard.
After, Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S.Satlykov was called to the session, who reporting on the situation in the region informed on the measures undertaken for improvement of the efficiency of activities in agricultural sector as well as on the plan developed for increase of construction rates of the facilities in the velayat.
Organization of summer holidays in Avaza National tourist zone under fulfilment of the relative programme was separate subject of the report.Having requested to expedite preparation of lands for winter crops owing for the future harvest, the Head of the State stated low rates of these works in Serdar, Bereket and Etrek etraps and strictly demanded the Hyakim to take necessary measures for correction of the existing shortcomings.
Having mentioned that along with the situation in agricultural complex, unremitted attention has to be paid to social and economic subjects of the region’s development, the Head of the State highlighted the importance of formation of relative modern infrastructure.
The President of Turkmenistan also requested to provide high level of preparation to the coming remarkable events and especially to new educational year.Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M.
Bayramguliyev reported on seasonal agricultural works and targeted measures for speeding up of their rate as well as on introduction of innovative methods and advanced practices to the branch.
The President of Turkmenistan has mentioned special importance of the objectives related to the improvement of efficiency of agro industrial sector, which plays an important role in social and economic development of the velayat, provision of timely high quality seasonal field works, increase of crops productivity as well as to increase of processing and producing powers in the branch.
Successful implementation of measures defined in this area is one of the main conditions of comprehensive development of the region.Having pointed at improper level of agrotechnical works for cotton care in Gurbansoltan Eje, Kunyaurgench and Gubdag etraps, the President has demanded to expedite the work rates.
Having requested to prepare properly to remarkable dates of national calendar, the Head of the State made special mention of the coming new school year.After, Ch.Charliyev, the Hyakim of Lebap Velayat reported on the activities in the region under his supervision.
The information of preparation to new educational year and events on ocaasion of the coming remarkable dates was given.Having dwelt on the topical tasks of the agricultural complex of the region, the President of Turkmenistan noted the presence of low working rates for cotton care in Birata, Atamyrat, Dovletly etraps and Magdanly city, demanded the Hyakim to undertake appropriate measures for the improvement and requested to arrange coordinated work of all involved structures.
The importance of provision of high quality construction and timely commissioning of the facilities built in the velayat was also highlighted.Next, Hyakim of Mary Velayat B.Annagurbanov reported on the point of the agenda.
He reported on the works in the region including on provision of organized start-up of the coming important agricultural campaigns as well as on improvement of life level of the population.

Amangeldiyev supervising the construction, energy and communal services and the capital and Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh.Durdiyliyev were called.Reporting on the situation in the main city of the country, the Hyakim informed on the measures for preparation of Ashgabat 2017 Games, urban panning of the capital and its proper maintenance.
The President of Turkmenistan requested to provide high level of preparation of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games and the events planned on occasion of 30 days until their beginning.
All issues related to organization and conduct of Ashgabat 2017 Games as well as the events to mark 30 days until the start of the Games were the main subject of the report of the Vice Premier who informed on fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State.
Having mentioned that Turkmen capital has to welcome V Asian Games with all its beauty, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested to expedite the works for modernization of road and transport infrastructure of Ashgabat including the construction of new bus stops, beautification and repair of the streets of the city.
At the same time, the Head of the State focused the attention on the work undertaken for preparation to new educational year in the capital including on the necessity of proper worker of traditional school bazars.
Summing up the session, the President of Turkmenistan noted that steadfast implementation of the state strategy of social and economic development, where successful implementation of all planned reforms is an important condition, is continued in the country.
