Having listened to the report, the Head of the State highlighted that the Programme of social and economic development of the country for 2019 2025 outlines increment of export volumes, gradual transit to digital economy, activation of investment policy by strengthening of market relations as the main objectives.
Continuation of work for denationalization of the state owned facilities by their privatization and transformation into joint stock ventures is also among the main directions, the President of Turkmenistan continued.
Having highlighted the importance of development of new forms of investment, efficient mechanisms of partnership between the state and private section, the Head of Turkmenistan addressed the Vice-premier with number of specific assignments.
After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Meredov reported on thesituation in structural divisions of fuel and energy complex and measures taken for successful realization of the Programme of oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan until 2019.
Information about the project of construction of gas compressor station with output capacity of 2 billion cubic meters of gas per year at gas treatment facilities of Zäkli Derweze, which provide service of gas condensate deposits in Central Karakums, has also been presented in the report.
This project, which would be implemented by the State Concern Türkmengaz together with GP Global Equipment Pte.Ltd (The Republic of Singapore), is planned to be accomplished in 2022.
Relative draft Resolution has been presented to Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for review.Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan addressed the Vice-premier with number of specific assignments regarding further strengthening of production and export potential of fuel and energy complex, modernization and technical rearmament of the facilities of the branch.

It was informed that participation of 140 local and foreign companies, establishments and facilities, entrepreneurs and businessmen from Russian Federation, France, Germany, Austria, PRC, Turkey, the Republic of Korea and other countries is expected in coming events.
Large-scale review will reflect the main directions of development of construction industry, its achievements and huge potential.The exhibition hall of the capital will give an opportunity to representatives of all structures involved in this section of economy to study advanced practice and to establish cooperation with foreign partners.

Development of friendly dialog, equal and beneficial cooperation with interested countries of the world are the main priorities of foreign course of neutral Turkmenistan.At the same time, the partnership with the states of Asian Pacific region, including the Republic of Singapore, is an important vector.
Diplomatic relations between two countries have been established on September 12, 1996.It was mentioned that interstate relations have received new dynamics for the last few years.Thus, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea has been appointed for the first time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of our country to the Republic of Singapore in 2016.
Bilateral political consultations on deputy foreign minister level have been held in June 2019.The Republic of Singapore supports international initiatives of neutral Turkmenistan under the UN and other competent organizations in the context of multilateral cooperation.
Relative Programme of coming state visit, by the outcomes of which it is planned to sign number of intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents aimed at the strengthening of legal framework of Turkmen Singapore relations, has been elaborated.
Summing up the report, the President highlighted that Turkmenistan aims at further activation of fruitful cooperation with all interested foreign partners including with the states of Asian Pacific region.
Big opportunities are opened for establishment of productive relations with the Republic of Singapore these days taking into account the course toward investment development and industrialization of national economy, introduction of advanced scientifically based technologies, enhancement of investment activity.
Speaking of this, the President of Turkmenistan stated the presence of significant potential for development of beneficial bilateral partnership in trade and economic sphere, energy, transport and communication and industrial sectors as well as in other fields and between business structures.
Undoubtedly, big attention is paid to the improvement of humanitarian and cultural contacts as an integral part of interstate dialog.In this context, the Head of the State requested to provide high organizational level of coming visit.
During the session, the President of Turkmenistan has also signed the Resolution on appointment of M.Atajanov as the Director of the Caspian Sea Institute and sent it to the Vice-premier by the electronic document management system.
According to the Order of the Head of the State, this Institute has an important role in development of constructive cooperation in Caspian region, in scientific marine studies, development of relative international and national legal documents and methodical information.
Issues related to Caspian Sea have special importance in foreign course of Turkmenistan.At the same time, the Head of the State outlined ecological sphere and environment protection, protection of biodiversity and unique ecosystem of Caspian Sea, rational use of natural reserves as the main priorities.
In this sphere, Turkmenistan carries out systematic work offering integrated approaches to solution of current issues in close cooperation with coastal states and interested foreign partners as well as with international organizations, especially with the UN.
Continuing the subject, the President highlighted the importance of provision of efficient activity of the Caspian Sea Institute, successful solution of its objectives, having given relative instructions on this account.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakiyev reported on the situation on the spheres under his supervision and informed about practical measures for strengthening of the potential of national industrial complex by its diversification, realization of the Programme of industrialization of the country until 203.
In this context, it was also reported about the measures for improvement of organizational and legal framework and enhancement of efficiency of facilities of textile industry.According to the assignment of the Head of the State, relative work has been carried out in this direction.
In this regard, proposals on the foundation of S.A.Niyazov Kypchak Textile Complex Open Joint Stock Venture and transformation of cotton waste treatment facilities in Byuzmeyin etrap into open joint stock ventures have been presented to the Head of the State for review.
It is also planned to modernize these facilities by their provision with the latest high technological equipment.Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on priority subjects of national textile industry.

The concept of this large-scale project proposes the formation of the most attractive conditions for the residents, favourable economic prepositions for its growth and development in new city, the Head of the State said.
After, having signed the Resolution on Construction of buildigns and facilities in new administrative centre of Ahal Velayat, the President highlighted that construction of new city in Ahal is the evidence of successful realization of the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 2025.
After, the Vice-premier has informed about the sale of goods necessary for students in new educational year, which is widely expanded all over the country. 475 outlets for sale of school stationary and other necessary items have been opened by the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Affairs in velayat, etrap centres and Ashgabat from August 1.
They are opened in public places, shopping centres, markets, etc.Contracts with local producers and individual entrepreneurs have been signed for full satisfaction of the requirements on uniform, footwear, sport and musical appliances and other goods.

Turkmenistan will be represented by the heads and specialists of different ministries and departments as well as by the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.During the forum, Singapore side will be introduced with economic development, trade and investment policy of Turkmenistan.
It is planned to discuss the transfer to digital economy in communication, industry, transport and logistic spheres, to study the opportunity of establishment of cooperation between the businessmen of two countries as well as to invite Singapore businessmen to participate in investment projects in our country.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers P.Agamyradov reported on the preparation to new educational year, events dedicated to the Day of Knowledge and Students.It was mentioned that renovation has been carried out in all educational facilities of the country; they have been provide with all necessary appliances and equipment.
Educational plans and programmes of secondary schools and high educational institutes have been improved taking into account the world practice.All classes of secondary schools were provided with guidebooks. 115 new types of guidebooks and manuals have been published.
It is planned to organize the climbing along the Path of health early in the morning on the Day of Knowledge and Students, which falls on Sunday September 1.
Musical and different sport performances will also be held on this day.Celebration concert will be organized in Ashgabat Amphitheatre on the same day.On September 2, school and university students will take part in the flower laying ceremony to the Monument of Independence of Turkmenistan.

It was mentioned that preparation of cultural events on occasion of the 28th anniversary of the independence of the country as well as award ceremonies of personnel of cultural and mass media spheres by the outcomes of the year and winners of the contest of the President of Turkmenistan Türkmeniň Altyn Asyry is carried out these days.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov pointed out the necessity of further improvement of activity of cultural and mass media organizations taking into account the activation of work for finding of new talents and training of professional personnel.
Turkmen leader instructed the Vice-premier to hold all planned celebration events on high level.In his turn, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E.Orazgeldiyev reported on seasonal agricultural works in the velayats.
It was informed that preparation of lands, seeding material, equipment, machinery and tools to the wheat sowing is carried out at present.Specialized maintenance teams are formed up for service of agricultrual equipment, which will be used in coming campaign. 39 cotton ginning facility and 157 reception facilities will receive gathered cotton this season. 923 cotton harvesters, 2,000 trucks, 1,867 tractors and 2,877 tractor trailers will also be used.
