As it chanced we are far from our homeland and became the refugees, which number by some political and economic crises is growing recently.However, owing to such heads of the states like you, the refugees have a chance and opportunity to reveal themselves and feel themselves as normal people.
In our case, we were lucky twice as owing to your personal initiative we saw beautiful conditions of life of the most beautiful and friendly country of Turkmenistan, - the message says.

We know well that being the member of International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Council of Asia, Turkmenistan make considerable contribution to the development of international Olympic movement.Active participation in the OCA is considered as important direction of international cooperation of Turkmenistan in sports sphere.
We saw ourselves your commitment to the interests of Asian states in the world Olympic movement, your belief that sports and traditions of the Olympics are one of actual mechanisms of mutual understanding and friendship between the nations.

The fact that almost one third of the states of the planet have presented at the Games in Ashgabat highlights their noble peace-making mission, undoubtedly, these Games will be very important in consolidation of friendship and understanding between the nations.

Following high humane ideals, you proposed the draft Declaration on encouragement of the input of the Olympic refugee team to consolidation of peace and security, which was adopted in Geneva at the 36th session of the UN Human Rights Council.
According to the Declaration, the members of the UN Human Rights Council welcome the participation of refugees and refugee teams in large international competitions, which was presented for the first time in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) in 2016, world athletics championship in London on August 4 13, 2017 and now in Turkmenistan at V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
The fact that it was Turkmenistan that was an initiator of this very important Declaration on the UN level demonstrated growing role of your country in solution of global humanitarian issues of the present to the world community.
We have all the rights to state the fact that appointment of Turkmenistan as a host of V Asian Games is the result of steadfast implementation of peaceful, neutral, constructive and good neighbourhood foreign policy.
It is great honour for us to take part in these Games together with the representatives of dozens of states and nations, - the letter says.Turkmen model of the Asian Games has many distinguishing features like peacefulness, tolerance, respect of Turkmen people to other cultures.
Organizing of the events on the background of the conflicts, confrontations and economic crisis is an important step in propaganda of solidarity of the nations and makes the confidence that peace and stability are to reign on the planet, which is very important for us, the refugees.
We consider Ashgabat 2017 Games as a big step forward to restoration of peace and stability on the planet as for this, first of all, it is necessary to see a human in everyone regardless of nationality, religion and race.
At the same time, mutual respect and cooperation are very important.We have to take steadfast measures for protection of the world civilization.We express our great gratitude to you, esteemed Mr President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the invitation of the refugee team to participate in the Games.
We would like to note that this decision highlights the necessity of provision of inclusiveness in all spheres of life and is the evidence of the implementation of fundamental principle of the global Agenda until 2030 “nobody to be left behind” for expansion of rights and opportunities of the refugees as well trust to us.
