On May 16, the 10th meeting of the National Commissions for UNESCO of the member states of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) began at the “Archabil” hotel in Ashgabat, Turkmenportal correspondent reports.
The event is held in accordance with the Order of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in order to strengthen cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian sphere between the member states of TURKSOY.
Delegations of the National Commissions for UNESCO from countries that are members of the International Organization of Turkic Culture, as well as experts in the field of education and culture, take part in the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, it is planned to adopt the final document.
