President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree today, according to which the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic (Paris) Maksat Esenovich Charyev has been appointed at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Portuguese Republic, the information program “Watan” of the Turkmen television reported.
Remind that the decree on the appointment of Maksat Charyev as the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in July 2022. By presidential Decree, he was awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
In August 2022, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France Maksat Charyev officially assumed diplomatic functions. On October 13, 2022, Maksat Charyev presented his credentials to French President Emmanuel Macron.
