A new Galkan töleg application for paying traffic fines has launched in Turkmenistan

A new mobile application for paying fines for violating traffic rules (traffic rules) called Galkan has been launched in Turkmenistan. The application was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Turkmenistan and is available for download on Google Play, and will soon be available in the App Store.

Galkan is not just an application for paying fines. The following features will be available soon:

Payment of police fines: the ability to pay fines issued by police officers online.

Electronic queue at the passport office: sign up for the queue at the passport office online.

Fire Safety Service: access to Fire Safety Service information and services.

In the “Traffic Service” section the following subsections will soon be available:

Replacement of driver's license

Replacing a vehicle's technical passport

Registration of state numbers

Restoration of state numbers.

The Galkan application is easy to use; to register, you just need to provide your mobile phone number and enter a confirmation code.
