A teacher of Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan Tahyr Nazarov became a laureate of 1st degree of the international competition “Expert of the Year-2021”. Informs the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
The competition was organized on online-format by the International Center for Scientific Partnership “New Science” of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the competition is to discuss of practical issues of modern science, the delevopment of methods and means of obtaining scientific data, the analysis of researching results obtained by specialists in the fields covered, exchange of experience.
Tahyr Nazarov for the competition presented an article “Potential of educational clusters on forming digital economy of Turkmenistan”, the leading theme of which was devoted to the priority of modernizing the national education system.
For the constructiveness and wide opening of the theme the author was awarded a 1st degree diploma of and rights for publishing in a special collection of articles of an international professional research competition, as well as post his work in a scientific electronic library.
The International Center for Scientific Partnership “New Science” is a member of the Publishers International Linking Association”.
