A teacher from Turkmenistan has been recognised as the Best teacher of the CIS  2025

Novruzalem Gurdov, a young lecturer in the department of horse breeding and training at the International academy of horse breeding named after Aba Annayev and a member of the International ahal-teke horse breeding association, won a landslide victory in the international competition Best teacher of the CIS 2025, held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Following the final online stage of the competition, which concluded in early January, the teaching activities and achievements of a young teacher from Turkmenistan received high praise from the jury.

Thanks to his victory in the competition, N.Gurdov was included among the best teachers of the CIS in 2025 and was awarded a badge and I degree diploma.

Novruzalem Gurdov himself commented on his achievement as follows: By participating in the international competition, I felt a huge responsibility to honourably justify the high level of trust placed in young teachers in our country.

Therefore, winning this competition was a real joy for me, strengthening my aspirations and endeavours in the professional field.The competition, organised by the Bilim Republican educational centre in conjunction with the Dobro International charitable foundation, was aimed at assessing professional skills and identifying talented workers in the field of education in the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
