An additional workshop for the production of 100 tons of glass products per day will be built in the Geoktepe etrap of the Ahal velayat. Deputy Prime Minister Charymyrat Purchekov reported this to the President of Turkmenistan today at a meeting of the Government, announced the news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television.
The workshop will be built on the territory of the “Turkmen Ayna Onumleri” enterprise. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the individual enterprise “Rysgally zahmet” was chosen as the developer following the results of the tender.
Also, Purchekov said, that a total of 11 facilities are planned to be built within two years. A number of them are already being worked on.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov after listening to the report drew attention to the importance of forming a powerful construction industry in Turkmenistan, capable of fully proving domestic consumers with the necessary import-substituting products.
The head of state stressed the need to steadily strengthen the potential of the industry and increase the production of demanded building materials, including glass products, instructing to continue the work carried out this direction and approach the implementation of the tasks with all responsibility.
