Alibek Abdurahmanov scored the goal for the hosts (81st minute), and Hozhimat Erkinov scored for “Pakhtakor” (95th minute).
In the 64th minute of the match, Malaysian referee Nazmi Nasaruddin, after reviewing VAR, showed a red card to “Pakhtakor” defender Odiljon Hamrobekov.
“Ahal” will play away against Saudi “Al-Feiha” in the next match on November 28. “Pakhtakor” will play against “Al-Ain” in the UAE on the same day.
