The only animal shelter in Turkmenistan is located in a small town of Annau not far from Ashgabat. It operates only thanks to the efforts undertaken by volunteers.
Due to some reasons, including the forced relocation to a new venue, the shelter needs help such as animal food, food, medicine, construction materials, kitchen utensils etc.
The shelter is in constant need of volunteers.
