The collection of Turkmenistan team was supplemented with another bronze medal at the IV Islamic Solidarity Games in the capital of Azerbaijan. It was won by Ahhageldy Agamyradov in wushu competitions in the weight category up to 56 kg.
Our compatriot started the competitions from the quarterfinal series of fights where he met Hamza Yahya from Jordan, who in stubborn struggle yielded to A. Agamyradov. Unfortunately in the contest for the final, Turkmen sportsman was not able to take over Iranian athlete Mahdi Mohammadi and became the bronze winner.
