Apple introduced an augmented reality headset for 3,5 thousand USD

Apple announced its first VR headset Vision Pro at the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), reports TASS referring to the company's official YouTube channel.

The augmented reality headset supports application control and creates a digital space on top of reality. You can control the interface with your voice, eyes, hand gestures, and a customized hardware control on your Digital Crown. Vision Pro glasses data is synced to iPhone, iPad and Mac via iCloud.

The owner of the glasses will be able to call on FaceTime, work in Adobe Photoshop in real time, read newspapers, watch movies, including 3D format, and play games by linking to console gamepads.

The device constantly analyzes the environment, it is equipped with cameras and microphones, as well as M2 and R2 chips. Autonomy will be up to two hours, and the Optic ID eye scanner is responsible for security.

The price of new items is 3499 USD. The gadget will go on sale in 2024.
