Altyn Asyr lost to Arkadag in the first semi-final match of the Turkmenistan Football Cup of the 2023 season. The meeting took place in Ashgabat at the Sport Toplumy stadium and ended with a score of 4:1.
Didar Durdyev scored a double for the winners. Abdy Byashimov and Begmurad Bayov also scored one goal each. Sohbet Durdyev scored one goal for Altyn Asyr.
The return match will take place on October 20.
Earlier, Arkadag beat Kopetdag in the quarterfinals (5:1 and 4:1), and Altyn Asyr defeated Nebitchi (0:1 and 2:0) in a bitter struggle.
