Ashgabat to Build 10 Residential Houses in Parahat-7 Residential Complex

Ten nine-storey apartment houses will be built in Parahat-7 residential complex of Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat on the orders of the ministries and departments of Turkmenistan.

To this end, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture announced a tender, which was published in the Türkmenistan newspaper on Friday.

According to the tender, a 9-storey 64-apartment apartment building will be built by order of the Ashgabat Administration.

A 9-storey 48-apartment buildings will be built by order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection and Türkmengaz (Turkmen Gas) State Concern. A 9-storey 32-apartment buildings will be built by order of the Turkmen State Publishing Service, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.

Applications and proposals of interested parties are accepted in the prescribed manner, registered in the Department of Marketing and Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.

Last month, a tender was announced to build 20 nine-storey apartment houses in Parahat-7 residential complex.
