Twenty nine-story apartment houses will be built in Parahat-7 residential complex of Ashgabat city.
The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan by order of Ashgabat city administration announces a tender for construction of buildings in Parahat-7 residential complex. The relevant tender was published in the Türkmenistan newspaper on Thursday.
A total of 864 new apartments will be built in the residential complex, that is, eight 54-apartment houses and twelve 36-apartment houses.
The tender also includes the construction of a secondary school for 720 pupils and a park.
Bids and offers of interested parties are accepted in the prescribed order and registered in the Department of Marketing and Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
Besides that, the Gyzylarbat district administration announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the construction of 16 2-story, 5-room apartment houses for citizens at the expense of bank loans in the 18th residential complex in the north-western sub-district of Gyzylarbat.
