Ashgabat to Host Exhibition to Facilitate Handmade Exports

Handmade Exports 2021 exhibition will be organized on Saturday at Yyldyz hotel in Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat.

The event is organized by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Turkmen company Orlan.

The exhibition will feature handmade products of craftspeople and artists of Turkmenistan. Besides, organizers will hold master-classes for children.

The USAID has launched a new five-year program aimed at improving trade interaction in Central Asia in February.

The program with a $19 million budget will cover all five Central Asian countries Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
