Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital are invited to the gala concert of the ensemble of violinists “Mukam”, which will be held on May 31 at the Mahtumkuli Music and Drama Theater.
The concert program entitled “Happy Generation” will feature works by Turkmen and Western European composers.
The concert starts at 19:00, admission is free.
Students of the Special Music Boarding School of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulieva perform as part of the “Mukam” ensemble. The creator of the ensemble and its permanent artistic director is the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Harold Neymark.
The ensemble of violinists “Mukam” has repeatedly become a laureate of prestigious international festivals. Young violinists, popularizing Turkmen music, performed at various concert venues around the world.
