The President of Turkmenistan has signed a Decree authorizing the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture jointly with the All-Russian School Sports Federation to hold a School Cultural and Sports Festival of the Caspian Littoral States in the Avaza National Tourist Zone on October 2-7, 2018 and ensure a high degree of organization.
The document authorizes
the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy in coordination with relevant Cabinet Deputies Chairman to determine the composition of the Festival Organizing Committee and adopt the Festival Rules and Regulations in coordination with the All-Russian School Sports Federation.
ministries and sectorial agencies of Turkmenistan to provide assistance to the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture in the running of the festival and ensuring a high degree of organization.
