Balloon with the slogan “Happy Independence Day of Turkmenistan!” in the morning sky of Cappadocia launched events dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan and the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi.
The spectacular start to the day continued with the departure of no less spectacular Turkmen horsemen in national costumes riding on horses.
Events in honor of significant dates were organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye together with the University of Cappadocia.
Also on this day, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Türkiye M. Ishangulyev met with the rector of Cappadocian University Hasan Ali Karasar. The purpose of the meeting was to explore the university’s opportunities for studying students from Turkmenistan.
After the meeting, the opening ceremony of the exhibition about Turkmenistan was held with the participation of M. Ishangulyev and Hasan Ali Karasar.
Next, all guests took part in a scientific conference dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic and the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly, reports the press service of the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Ankara.
